No, they are not.

What mounting hardware required to from seat to base?
Assembly hardware is included. However, original seat bolts must be reused for installation onto the Jeep.

I have a 1990 wrangler will this bolt directly to the mounts that are already in the Jeep?
No. It has it's own front mounts and a catch that will be installed along with the new seat. Thanks for your inquiry.

does it come with both front and rear brackets?
It does come with the brackets for installation. Drilling may be required and bolts may need to be supplied if the cannot be retained from and OE rear seat. Thanks for your inquiry.

Looking at this to replace my back '77 CJ-7. The pictures make this seat look stationary. Does it slide forward and back?
It can fold and be tumbled forward, but when it is upright, it cannot be adjusted forward to back. Thanks for your inquiry.
