This did not come with instructions for the wiring harness. There is a white wire with an eyelet attached. Where does this wire go?

Will this fit for 2018 Wrangler JK?
This fits 2018 Wranglers that have or were originally built with a plastic rear bumper. This will not fit Wranglers that have the Rubicon Steel Rear Bumper
