Easy install! All of my buttons and horn work again!

Great product I installed this in a 2016 right hand mail jeep fits like a glove thanks it saved me a ton of money.dealer wanted 600 bucks to install. it is plug and play simple to install

Easy to install. Hardest part for me was taking off the airbag. Once off it took me twenty min. to replace clockspring and reassemble.

Worked as advertised. 4 stars instead of 5 as one of the mounts did crack on install. Not enough to not use but had to be very careful with it. Fixed the problems i was having and was not too hard an install.

Fitment on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was good, however: When installing, one of the wires (which are soldered onto the plugs for the airbag) broke off. Had to frankenstein a piece of the wire (with the old plug) off the old clockspring onto the new wire and solder it on. Disappointed with the lack of quality, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Just lucky that I know enough of what I'm doing electrically to be able to salvage it.

Bought this summer of 2019 and only have put 35k miles on my jeep. It’s my daily so no heavy off-roading or wheeling and it’s gone bad. There is only a 12 month/12k mile warranty so I have to buy another and replace it. You would think it would at least last 100k miles.

Purchased and installed one of these in October 2022. Lasted 17 months and today did the same thing as before, code c123f. I would recommend passing on this Crown brand and buying a Dorman through Napa, probably twice the $$ and close to same quality but at least you'll only have to buy it once. Lesson learned, buy warranty.
