Perfect fit! I only wish I lived closer to Quadratec so I could get faster shipping. I hate waiting 1-2 weeks for a part. Fortunately Quadratec carries pretty much everything you will ever need.

Don't purchase this for a 2004 Wrangler hard top. The seal is not thick enough and it leaks terribly - even in the rain.
