If the covers are not machine washable, what are the recommended cleaning instructions?
You can hand wash with Wet Okole seat cover shampoo. Just hose them down and use the shampoo

how are these with dog hair? looking for something thats easier to vacuum the dog hair off of.
Neoprene tends to do well with dog hair. It is much easier to get hair off of neoprene than it is to remove it from nylon seat covers or factory cloth seats.
How thick is the neoprene / on the inside is there cloth attached to the seat cover or just rubber against the factory seat
The 4 layer material has an overall thickness of approximately 3/8”. The top layer is a thin color layer that is bonded to a 1/16” thick neoprene layer. This neoprene layer is bonded to a 5/16” thick foam layer with a thin synthetic mesh backing that contacts the seat.
I just recently purchased a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited and I wanted to know how well does the heated seat feature work with these covers?
Neoprene seat covers will not block seat heaters. You will retain all factory seat functions.

Do not machine wash the covers. A simple hosing down with some soap and a non abrasive brush will be more than enough.

These seat covers are made of neoprene "wet suit" material. They are not completely waterproof, but they will protect your seats from a light rain shower.
