I like the light ring but install could be improved with a setup to retain the existing 3rd brake light as well as the ring, rather than only replacing it. I spliced in the ring but misjudged the length of wire I needed and pulled wire out of the ring while replacing the tire. Had to order another ring.

Lights are a nice addition. Pretty flimsy materials for cost.
While wiring this unit the connector separated from light disk. Had to jury rig a solution but working now.

Freaking love this thing! It looks fantastic, it's easy to wire (wire colors are the inverse for the TJ for some reason), and I know anyone behind me can see it. I am, however, docking two stars b/c I get hassled by state inspection every year for it since it does NOT have a DOT stamp on it. If state inspection is a non-issue for you wherever you are located, then consider this a five star review.

Doesn't show well at all with a 15" rim. Also, if you have a swing away tire carrier, the wiring isn't long enough.

The light looks great. But fresh out of the box the ground wire was disconnected from the light. I had to re solder the connection. I would give more stars, but non functional products out of the. I'd is a negative for me.

Half of the leds stopped working in less than a month. Sad

when it was first installed it was great, however I'm now on my 3ed light because the first 2 units half the ring went out

After installing this product per the instructions, it worked correctly for about 3 weeks. After that only about 1/8 of the LED lights lit up when activating the brakes. I really liked the look but was very disappointed with the product!

shorted out after install, would not fit my stock 15 in rims

this light is not very good.

i dropped it once during installation and now it no longer works. this light is way too fragile. not good enough for the money
