How much weight is the step rated for stepping on?
Fishbone does not specifically provide a weight rating on these. I did speak with them and they said 300lb +/- would be fine.

Do these extend under the tub the entire length of the Jeep?
No, they only extend under the tub between the two front body mounts under the doors, where it is used for support.
