Nice location, firmest and finish. Just wish there were more options if the laser etched switches instead of the whimsical ones supplied.

You will smash your knuckles if you grip the 4wd gear shift when you put it back in 2wd. Other than that it works great

Does not work with certain switches. I don't recommend this.
