How does the back corners fit on the hard top model?

This is for use with the top off. It will not fit with the top on. That said, they have a tab that folds under the tub rail to secure it in place. Then, two nylon straps extend to the bottom of the tub for added security.

WILL THIS COVER WORK ON MY 2016 2DOOR RUBICON WITH SOFT TOP FOLDED DOWN?
The cover is for when the top is removed. When the soft top is folded back to the tailgate, you will struggle to get the back corners tucked into the tub rails. It may be possible, but due to risk of tearing or breaking the rail flaps, we wouldn't recommend it.
