The most ideal stamping I've found. Upon arrival I even learned it had the necessary captured nut for the seat belt bolt.

Solid piece thicker than just sheet metal. Has seat belt capture but welded in only thing I wish it had was the factory triangle cutout where the tab on the seatbelt slides into for alignment. With a little fab work you can make it work.

I don't recommend this. It's not exact fit it's smaller than factory. Poor fit quality. Shipping was fast though...
