No it is not, the sport bar molding pieces should have 06104575AA tapping screws

I have a 2011 Jeep rubicon 4 door soft top but want to put it on my 2016 same Jeep I do not have the mounting screws what screws do I need to mount to the Jeep
4 of these screws are used to mount the soft top frame to the sport bar.

The threads are the same but the length is short and the head may not fit in the pockets on the speaker grilles
