Reviews for Energy Suspension Spare Tire Bumper Pair for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

Recently upgraded to larger tires. Began hearing a thumping on bumpy roads. Traced it to the spare. The factory bump stops were about 1/2 inch too short. Ordered these. Measured twice, cut once, and had a perfect fit—no more thumping. They were an easy install. They cut smoothly with a sharp knife.

Good quality. Expected a little bit of a battle to get them inserted into the tailgate but the popped in with ease.

Easy to cut to size with a pocket knife, much higher quality than the stock one. Does exactly what it should, so I am happy. But it did not work with my Rough Country tire extension bracket out of the box. Had to do more than just cut to size.

Only negative is the price, asking a lot for just some rubber. Otherwise a great product
