If you do not have your original hardware then you will need #51315.0004, hex bolts

My JK has the tow package, will this install have any issues / interference with the hitch?
You will have no issues installing. The rear bumpers for the JK Wranglers are the same for all trim packages.

I see bumper cover? Is that what this is?
This is the cover and reinforcement, but does not include the hardware or brackets that attach to the frame.
