Is this the seal for the hard top to freedom panels?

This is the header seal, so directly above the windshield. This is the one for in between the panels and hardtop: Crown Automotive Hard Top Seal

My jeep is getting water on the front foot wells, so witch gasket should I replace?

Front footwells could be a cowl problem at the bottom of the windshield, in which the water is coming from behind the dash. If the pillar is wet from dripping water or showing moisture up at the top then this is the correct seal.

Where does this seal go exactly? Does it attach to the freedom panels themselves? Or is this the seal that goes along the windshield that the front of the freedom panels rest on?

This seal attaches to the forward edge of the rear hardtop section. It stays in place when the Freedom Panels are removed. It is the gasket that seals between the panels and top.

Where exactly ones this weather stripping go? Does it attach to the freedom panels themselves, or does it attach to the rear section of the hardtop? My current freedom panels do NOT have this gasket on them currently. Thank you

This is the seal that attaches to front of the hardtop section where it meets with the freedom panels.
