The brackets on the Mopar 82215524AC Rear Grab Handle Pair are made of metal (coated steel/aluminum construction designed to bolt securely into the factory sport bar or header points), but they mount using enclosed hardware points and do not come into direct contact with exterior painted body panels.
Because they attach to the interior roll bar structure, you don't need to worry about them scratching your exterior paint during normal installation or use.

Hello, why don't they fit with 2024 JL ?

You are correct. The folding top rail mechanism does not leave room for this style of bracket to fit at the same time. It will only fit hardtop models for the rear location of a Gladiator
