No, they do not come with a separate headrest cover.

Yes, the Diver Down Neoprene Seat Covers for the 1987–1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ do include pockets on the back of the front seats.

For your 1995 Wrangler YJ, the short answer is no, these seat covers do not come with separate headrest covers because the factory YJ "High-Back" seats have an integrated headrest.

Would this fit the Bestop TrailMax II Front Driver and Passenger Seats for 76-06?
Sorry, we have not tested that usage. They are pretty close in shape and size, but we cannot expect that precise of a fit with any aftermarket seat brand, unfortunately. Thanks for your inquiry.
