My mirrors are heated and have power adjustments from the control panel on the driver door. Will this replace? Is it able to be adjusted electronically?

This will fit, but will not function without the wiring in the doors being changed and the controls being added to the vehicle. That must be done through the dealership.

Does the inside door panel need to be removed to install the mirror?
No, when you open the door you will see 3 screws in a triangle pattern. Those are the mirror screws. Once the mirror is released there is slack in the wiring to pull out and disconnect.
