This is one outstanding winch mount. A one piece unit to mount to your frame. I'm older (late 60's), and was able to do this mounting all by myself without help on my 2019 Jeep Rubicon JL. It took me a little longer than a younger person. Some of the best instructions I've come across. No videos out there on this one. Watched ones showing the Warn plate. That helped with the removal of the bumper. You won't be disappointed with this mounting plate.

Just installed this winch mount on my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Got tired of waiting for the Mopar winch plate kit and very happy with this winch mount. Very well made. Simple, straight forward installation, all holes matched up.

Installation was simple and very easy. Only issue I had was the listed compatible smittybuilt 12k winch was completely up against the front grill with plenty of room towards the front of the bumper. Drilled new holes 1/2” closer to the front and now I can get the wiring down behind the winch and the control box centered like it should with no rubbing or interference with the grill if needing to remove it.
