I already have a pair of Westin nerf bars mounted on my 2019 Sahara JL Unlimited. Would there be enough room between the body and the nerf bars to squeeze these rocker protectors on if I used longer bolts in mating the two bars back together?
No unfortunately the steps that you currently have will not work together with the Rubicon Rocker Guards.
