No, the factory Rubicon-style rocker guards cannot safely be used as a jack or lift point for changing a tire.

What is the difference between theses and the mopar performance rock rails?
The Performance Rails, along with the rocker protectors have a 3" wide ledge that can be used as a step, whereas these are only the rocker protectors.

How heavy are they?
Each rail weighs approximately 26 lbs. The set of two with hardware are about 60 lbs.
