I have the Rock Hard 4x4™ Patriot Series Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier and this seems like it would work. Have you had anyone try it with this aftermarket tire carrier?

The Jeep Center High-mount Stop Light Relocation Kit is engineered specifically to mount directly onto the factory spare tire carrier or Mopar tailgate reinforcement system, rather than an independent frame-mounted aftermarket carrier.
Customers running standalone or bumper-integrated carriers typically require a universal extension bracket or a tire-carrier-specific third brake light mount supplied directly by the manufacturer (Rock Hard 4x4) to match their proprietary spoke and hub geometry.

How difficult does this make accessing the spare tire if needed?

The Mopar CHMSL Relocation Kit adds an extra step to accessing your spare tire, but it is designed to be straightforward and relatively quick.
Accessibility and Removal Process
Two Additional Bolts: The relocation bracket is held in place by two hex bolts that thread into specialized extended lug nuts. You will need a wrench or socket to remove these before you can get to the tire's actual lug nuts.
Wiring Disconnect: There is a single electrical connector for the brake light that must be unplugged. This is a simple "plug-and-play" connector that can be reached easily once the bracket is loosened.
No Impact on Backup Camera: The design ensures the center-mounted backup camera is not obstructed, and the camera remains fixed to the carrier even when the brake light bracket is removed.

What are the specs of the screw that goes into the lug nut? Diameter and threads.

Will this fit my 2021 JLUR? Currently stock except for new 35/12.5/17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T that I placed on the Rubi original wheels. But I had to use a Skyjack relocation kit for the spare tire.

We have not tested the two, but if your current brake light location is blocked by only the amount of the Mopar spacer and it's proximity is correct to clear your bracket and tire, it seems a good chance it will work for you. It can be returned if it is not found to be correct. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this work with Rusty's JL Spare Tire Carrier?

No, unfortunately it will not.

Will the lug adapters fit in after market tires? For example I have Black Rhino Bartsotw 17's and I had to use the Quadratec Acorn nuts on my JL which has the 22mm nuts.
Thanks

Yes, wheels that use standard acorn style lug nuts will be just fine, those that require the narrow spline drive option will not.
