Do they make a grille/ winch guard for a non Rubicon bumper? I have a 2020 Gladiator Sport, but it does not have the torx bolts on the bumper like the Rubicon bumpers for mounting bars.
No unfortunately Jeep does not offer a hoop/guard for the sport or base model bumpers.

I just purchased a Grille Guard for my 2018 Wrangler JL. I have the plastic bumper, do I need to drill holes through the plastic for the install?
These are not designed or intended to be used on plastic bumpers. There is no installation help for that application.

Does this guard have any predrilled/spots for lights, or would that need to be added if lights are desired on it?
In order to mount lights you will need to use a clamp mounts. There are no provisions from the factory on this bar.

The Overland is built stock with a plastic bumper, if you option or upgrade to the steel bumper then this will fit.

The Warn VR-8 or VR-10 would be a nice fit and have no issues with this guard.
