Yes, it will. Unless, it has been optioned with a plastic molded bumper for some reason. It the 392 is equipped with the steel modular bumper, the winch mount plate will fit.
will this winch plate mount on a Mojave Gladiator, since it already has brackets to hold the remote shock reservoirs in the same location?

No. This is specifically for the steel bumper. Rock Hard 4x4 offers one for the plastic bumper, part # 12065.1030.
