Which wire do I use from the switch to connect to the Jeep aux switch hot wire, red or blue?
The blue wire is to power the included switch that we sent, so you will not need that; you can cap it off. All you will need in this case are the red and black wires from the switch side (red to aux and black to ground).

Can I control two sets with 1 app. The first set is not as bright as I would like.
Yes, you would be able to pair 2 sets to the app. They would have to be adjusted separately. Thanks for the question.
