Is there any mat that I can put on top of the lid to make sure the things on top do not slide around?

Yes! Tuffy offers two official accessories designed specifically to prevent gear from sliding around on top of their security deck lids:
1. The Non-Slip Mat Option
Tuffy manufactures a commercial-grade, weather-resistant 5/32" thick diamond plate vinyl mat designed to sit directly on the lid.
Product: Tuffy Commercial Grade Diamond Plate Vinyl Security Box Liner Deck Kit (Part # 864-DECKKIT)
Details: This kit comes as a 48"×36" sheet of durable, slip-resistant vinyl. You simply trim the sheet down to the exact dimensions of your Tuffy 345-01 Security Deck Enclosure lid and secure it to the steel top using high-temp spray adhesive (such as Tuffy Part # 861) or heavy-duty double-sided tape.
2. Tie-Down Anchors
If you are putting heavier items (like coolers, toolboxes, or action packers) on the lid, the manufacturer recommends securely fastening them down. You can add heavy-duty mounting rails directly to the lid:
Product: Tuffy Multi-Point Tie Down Rails (Part # 158-01)
Details: These are a set of two 27-1/4" long, heavy-duty 11-gauge powder-coated steel rails that bolt directly to the top of the Tuffy deck. They feature built-in slots and anchor points designed to work with bungee cords, ratchet straps, and cam buckles.

is this compatible with the quatratec all-weather rear cargo mat on a 2024 4-door?

The Tuffy 345-01 Security Deck Enclosure is technically compatible with a rear cargo mat, but it is not a "drop-in" fit. Because the Tuffy unit mounts directly to the Jeep’s floor using the factory tie-down points, a thick, lipped mat like the Quadratec Ultimate All Weather Rear Cargo Liner will require modification to work.
The main conflict lies in how the Tuffy enclosure's vertical side panels anchor to the floor.
Mounting Interference: The Tuffy brackets must sit flush against the floor to reach the factory T40 Torx bolt locations. A heavy-duty cargo mat with 2" tall edges will sit between the bracket and the floor, preventing a secure, rattle-free fit.
Trimming Required: To use both, you will typically need to trim or "notch" the cargo mat where the Tuffy side brackets meet the floor. Most owners use a utility knife to cut small slots so the brackets can pass through the mat to the floor.

What is the weight limit for the lid on this deck enclosure?

Tuffy has stated a weight rating of 125 lbs evenly distributed for the JK/JKU version, but has not listed a weight limit for the JL/JLU version. That should help give you some guidance, but it may remember the total weight capacity may be different.

Does this fit a 2024 Jeep Wrangler JLU Sahara 4-door? If not, do you make one for this vehicle? Thank you.

Yes, this will fit the 2024 JL/JLU.

Will this work with a 2024 2-door Rubicon with the rear seat removed? I’m specifically wondering if the subwoofer in the floor at the back presents an issue. Thank you!

While it might be physically possible to place the Tuffy 351-01 in the back of your 2-door Rubicon with the rear seat removed, it is not designed for that configuration and is likely to result in a poor fit and loss of intended functionality.

Will this fit with the one touch power top?

Yes, it will.

Does the enclosure mess with the subwoofer’s performance?

Sound performance degradation when the deck enclosure is installed is not a common report at all. Thanks for your inquiry.

With the security enclosure installed can you have a complete soft top install with tailgate bar and all rear windows?

Yes, it is compatible with soft tops. Thanks for your inquiry.
