Is there some where to mount the factory fog lamps or brackets i can use for this bumper

The WARN 101330 Elite Series Stubby Bumper is designed to accept your factory fog lamps, but the compatibility depends on which specific style of factory bumper you are coming from.
Fog Light Compatibility
Sport/Sahara Plastic Bumper Lamps: These are generally not a direct fit because they use a different 4-bolt mounting pattern than the "standard" Jeep fog light.
Rubicon Steel Bumper Lamps: These are a direct bolt-on fit. If your Jeep came with the modular steel bumper, the LED or halogen fogs will bolt right into the Warn Elite housing using the included hardware.
Standard Plastic Bumper (LED Upgrade): If you have the factory LED fog lights in a plastic bumper, you will typically need an adapter bracket to bridge the gap between the plastic-style housing and the steel-style mounting points.
Mounting & Brackets
The bumper itself has recessed light ports built-in that are specifically shaped for the round OE fog lamps.
Included Brackets: Warn provides the internal mounting brackets required to secure standard 4-bolt pattern fog lights inside these ports.
Need an Adapter? If you are trying to move fog lights from a Sport/Sahara plastic bumper to this steel bumper, you should use the Oracle Lighting Fog Light Adapter Brackets or similar conversion brackets from Maximum Design. These allow the "3-tab" or plastic-housed lights to mount to the "4-tab" steel bumper pattern.
Quick Tip for Installation
The fog light wiring harness on the JL/JT is often tucked tightly inside the factory plastic bumper. When moving it to the Warn Elite Stubby, you may need to un-tape some of the factory loom to get enough slack for the plugs to reach the new, slightly wider positions of the fog light ports in the steel bumper.
