2.5" Lift Height: Boost your ground clearance for a more commanding presence on and off the road.
XP Springs: Designed for superior load-carrying capabilities and performance.
Bilstein 8100 Series Reservoir Shocks: 66mm (2.6") AEV-tuned Bilstein 8100 series reservoir shocks for the ultimate level of off-road performance.
Note: AEV XP8100 Shocks are NOT compatible with the Gen 1 AEV RX Front Bumpers that were installed on some early JL350/370 conversions. To clarify, this does not apply to Gen 2 (current model) AEV RX Front Bumpers.
Many states have laws that limit the maximum height of a lifted vehicle. Never exceed the legal height limit.
AEV's 2.5" DualSport XP Lift Kit with Bilstein XP8100 Remote Reservoir Shocks is specifically engineered for the Jeep Gladiator JT, and designed to provide the optimal balance of load-carrying capacity and ride quality. Kit includes frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs providing 2.5 inches of additional front and rear ride height and load handling capability, 66mm (2.6") AEV-tuned Bilstein 8100 series reservoir shocks for the ultimate level of off-road performance, heavy-duty, stamped control arm geometry correction brackets to provide a factory-quality ride, front and rear sway bar end links, front and rear bump stop extensions and rear track bar tower. The AEV/Bilstein coil spring and shock combination used in this suspension not only increases both up travel and down travel but also provides better articulation as well as improved off-road speed potential and bottoming control.
A ProCal SNAP is included for quick and easy speedometer recalibration, as well as AEV's JT Jack Base for added safety and stability when changing a 35” and taller tire with the factory scissor jack.

Questions

While the physical suspension components (springs, shocks, and brackets) are identical for 2020–2023 Gladiators, the electronic "handshake" between the ProCal device and the Jeep changed.
Security Gateway Modules: Jeep frequently updates the security gateway (SGW) on newer models. The specific version of the ProCal SNAP included in older "20-22" kits does not have the updated firmware required to bypass the security on 2023+ models.
Jeep introduced software changes in late 2022 and 2023 that affected how tire size and gear ratios are programmed. If you use an older ProCal on a 2023, it often results in DASM (Driver Assistance System Module) errors, which can disable features like Adaptive Cruise Control or Lane Departure Warning.
If you already have the kit, the triple-rate coil springs and Bilstein XP8100 reservoir shocks will bolt onto a 2023 Gladiator without any issues. However, you will need to purchase a newer, standalone ProCal SNAP or a similar programmer to calibrate your tire size correctly.
Recommendation for 2023-2026 Owners:
To ensure a seamless install with no dash lights or programming failures, you should look for the updated AEV 2.5" DualSport RT or XP kits that are specifically labeled for 2020–2026 fitment. These updated kits include the latest harness and software version for the ProCal SNAP.
