Some Jeep modifications improve ground clearance. Others add traction, lighting, or protection. Then there's the BuiltRight 110032 Nerf Dart Stubby Antenna, an upgrade created largely because somebody apparently looked at an ordinary stubby antenna and decided it wasn't entertaining enough. The result is a billet aluminum antenna shaped like a foam dart that gives the 2007–2024 Jeep Wrangler JK, Wrangler JL, and Gladiator JT an unmistakable finishing touch.

The playful shape doesn't mean BuiltRight treated the construction like a novelty. The antenna is precision-machined from billet aluminum and protected with a durable black anodized finish. Its compact dimensions also eliminate the long factory whip antenna, cleaning up the Jeep's exterior profile and helping prevent the antenna from whipping against branches or becoming an annoyance around low-clearance obstacles.

Installation is about as uncomplicated as Jeep modifications get. Shortening an antenna can reduce reception strength depending on terrain, distance from the broadcast source, and local signal conditions.
