Searching for a different look for your CJ or Wrangler YJ, and one that is safer too? The Crown Automotive Rough Trail Stainless Steel TJ Style Hood Catch Kit eliminates the tri-point hood catches that have been used since the 40's in lieu of the stronger, bulkier TJ style catch with the rubber band. No drilling necessary, this kit uses the original holes for mounting and include spacers for both CJ and YJ hoods to assure proper angle. Made from 304 stainless steel, choose from polished or black to match with other accessories like mirrors, bumpers and hood kits.

Locks are very strong and well made. Had no problem drilling them in the jeep. Looks very nice and keeps hood secured

These things are solid! Heavy duty and will certainly take what I'll throw at them. Very easy to install as well. Highly recommend these over the stock "T" style hood catches. and they look awesome on my '92 YJ!
