Crown Automotive 5017010K Half Door Seal Kit for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ and Unlimited

Horrible product. I bought a set and when I installed the drivers side it was almost 2” too big around the window. I contacted Quadratec and they sent out another set. They weren’t much better but I had to get my Jeep back on the road so I made the drivers side fit. I had to slice into both ends of the track and slide the excess down in the door to get it to fit around the window correctly. The section on the front part of the door at the bottom of the window is incredibly mis-shaped and makes shutting completely fairly difficult. Honestly, I’m a little worried the door may warp. While the pins are in the correct location the two just below the window by the door latch refuse to lock into place due to how thick the rubber is.

Horrible product on many levels.
1. Both seals were different sizes. The longer one was almost 1.5" too long. It was not even able to fit on the door properly without a huge slack point halfway down the back.
2. The plastic christmas tree clip broke immediately with gentle pressure
3. They were packed all coiled up and the pins in the bottom of the seal poke holes in the soft areas of the seal so it was ruined before it was even able to be installed.
4. The A pillar side molded rubber part was nowhere near the right shape to fit the door.

Doors do not close properly now, will have to replace.
