Does this have door flaps to cover the gap if I take the doors off?
No, this does not have the extended flaps. It will tuck into the retainers on the half doors.

How do the rear sides and back fasten down?
There are elastic loops stitched to the corners that are looped around the tail lights.

Yes in light rain this will keep the Jeep dry. Heavy rains could find their way in due to wind and other factors
