This isnt also for the the 258 4.2L...? it looks identical to the one on my 1989 Sahara...

This has a male plug and when I unplug my current sensor the plug going to gauge is also male???
This sensor should be plugging into the wiring coming from the PCM. This is not the sender that controls the gauge on the dash.
