Crown Automotive Cowl Weatherstrip Reviews
Perfect fit in my 1995 yj, replaced the factory seal which was in very bad shape. Easy installation and it didnt take very long at all. Took more time cleaning up the seal area than it did actually installing the seal. I recommend to start a week ahead of time spraying some penetrating oil into the windshield frame hinges to make sure it will fold forward. When installing the seal I started all the screws but left the seal loose enough that I could push into place then tighten all the screws down. The windshield folded back up enough that I could start the roll bar bolts and pull the windshield frame back tight down on the seal. Straight forward installation and can be done by one person with hand tools.
Perfect fit on my 92. Nice, soft, rubber that replaces the old stuff perfectly.
Fit perfectly on my 1995 YJ. It was not as hard as some were saying it was to put the windshield back up. Mine closed enough that I was able to get a bolt started, and it pulled the windshield right into place. I did use a drill to make things move faster, and did everything without help.
