my master cylinder has 2 outlets, and this one 4, what do i do with the extra holes on the master cylinder, there is no instructions in the box and the ones posted here does not say anything about it

The Crown Automotive RT31038 Power Brake Booster Conversion Kit comes with a master cylinder that is designed for a Jeep with anti-lock brakes (ABS). ABS-equipped XJs typically have a master cylinder with four outlets: two for the front brakes and two for the rear brakes (split for the ABS hydraulic unit).
You should NOT leave the extra two outlets on the new master cylinder open. This would lead to brake fluid leaks and a complete loss of your braking system. Plugging outlets would be considered a temporary fix if the wrong master cylinder was provided. It's always best to use the correct part for your vehicle's specific brake system.

Can I use my existing proportioning valve (89 with Bendix ABS)?

Due to the integration of your existing proportioning valve with the Bendix ABS system, it is highly recommended that you do not use it with a non-ABS power brake booster conversion kit. You will likely need to install a non-ABS proportioning valve that is compatible with the new booster and master cylinder. Prioritize safety and proper brake system function by following the kit instructions and using the correct components.

Will I still use DOT 3 fluid with this upgrade? Thanks!

Yes.
