2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara
I'm assuming that this kit does NOT come with the input shaft seal. What is the part number for the input shaft seal kit?
Also, is there a sector shaft bearing that is available? I have lateral movement in my pitman shaft. Thanks!
The input shaft seal is included with this kit, the sector bearing however, is not a serviced part and is not available. Even though the bearing is referred to in service manuals it is not identified with a part number or replacement ID. There is also no mention of adjustment for lateral movement. The only pitman shaft (sector shaft) adjustment that is referred to is the sector pre-load for over-center measurement
