The Delta Tech Polar Quad-Bar 7" Hi/ Lo LED Headlight Set with Heating Element and Metal Armor Cross Bars, for Jeep Wrangler JKs are engineered with Built in metal crossbars to protect the lighting element. When off-roading the lens may shatter but the armor will protect the bulb ensuring you won't have to drive home in the dark. The Polar line uses high heat 20W Halogen mini lights to produce heat within the Reflector area to prevent frost from forming on the lens and obstructing the LED beam pattern (LEDs generate little to no heat). The LED headlights are rated at 4,000 Lumens with 22,000 operating hours, and are powered by a 25 Watt LED light source or 2-amp draw. Four phase vacuum metalized steel reflectors improve reflection 4 to 1 next to stock. The headlights are constructed using Lead-crystal glass lenses which do not oxidize (become hazy or accumulate film) like plastic lenses. Added lead enhances glass strength.
