Installation: There will be no modifications needed to your Jeep as these simply bolt directly to your factory mounting points.

Price and style
I just received this and was very concerned about Joseph's review but had seen pictures on different sites that its been updated and I was very pleased when I opened my box. It is no longer tack welded, it's a single piece for the outside and includes padding to put so it doesn't scratch your paint. Very impressed with the look, feel, and packaging so far!
