- Smoked, Not Sprayed: These tail lights are available in two lens colors, red and smoked. The smoked option is designed with tinted optical components, which provides a factory-quality smoked look and not a cheap painted look like other aftermarket tail lights.
Startup Sequence: These tail lights are packed with modern features, including a unique startup animation. Anytime the running light turns on, it will illuminate in a chasing sequence that is sure to turn heads.
Sequential Turn Signal: The startup sequence won’t be the only thing that grabs attention. These tail lights feature an additional sequential LED turn signal. Every time the turn signal is activated, amber LEDs sequence across the top of the tail light. To use this feature, a wiring harness is included that will be wired to the front turn signals and connected with a wiretap.
Dual Reverse Lights: The factory tail lights come with a single halogen reverse light in each lamp leaving room for improvement. With dual LED reverse lights, the Form Lighting tail lights provide much more light when backing up at night.

After deciding to move away from the smoke lights effect that I had for the past year, I wanted to return to the OEM look. While browsing the website, I came across these cool lights with a unique startup and turn signal sequence. Installation was a breeze—just a simple plug-and-play. The material matches the OEM Jeep perfectly. I’d definitely recommend these lights 100%. Plus, the shipping was super fast!
installed these tail lights and immediately had issues with them turn signals not functioning correctly DRLS dying randomly at night turn signals causing DRLS to go off definitely something wrong internally with these lights got a second replacement pair that immediately did the same thing as the first pair ultimately returned both pairs and went with a different brand. Would not recommend these tail lights
