Garvin 20034 Cargo Rack for 18-24 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited with Factory Hardtop

Extremely well packaged, first powder-coated item I ever got for my Jeep that came with the box in tact and powder-coat perfect. Directions made sense but you need to read them through to make sure you understand them. Extra hardware was included which I think is a sign of a good company, sometimes bolts drop and washers disappear when dropped. Fit and finish were great, it took a little tweaking as I tightened up a few things too tight before putting it on the Jeep, but after loosening them and a little wiggling everything fit perfect. I'd say I would buy again, but the quality of the rack leads me to believe I'll never need to buy another.

This is my second Garvin roof rack and it doesn't disappoint. The rack is very sturdy and once installed, it works perfectly. However, the instructions are rough to say the least. Not worth losing a star in the review, just plan on adding some time to your installation. Take my advice - get the rack and make sure you assemble the entire bracket system before ever placing the bracket on the hard top. May not make sense now, but once you read the instructions it will make sense. This will save time and frustration.

Overall, awesome product and I agree with other reviews - get the wind deflector. It does hum quite a bit around 45 mph when empty.

Straightforward assembly, well built. Looks great! Make sure to get the wind deflector. If you don’t anything after 40mph is super loud. The deflector makes huge difference.
