Good fit has the seat mount capture nut in it also. Solid piece. Dimensions are very close to factory.

is this the floor support that the outer body mounts bolt to in front of rear wheel tubs ?
Yes, It is. It fits between the wheel housing and transverse support.
Does this part fit both sides?
Yes it does.
Does this have the nuts for the roll bar and seat brackets welded on?
Yes the mounting hardware is welded to the other side of this support
