Arrived with a broken 2pin connector. Started the return process and customer service googled the issue. Now they need more information.
Look at your website pictures. 1 screw stud for battery cable connection, 1 2 pin connection for alternator control. If the ecm cannot read the output of the alternator error codes will start. What other information do you need?
