Description
The Mopar Air Cleaner Box is a factory replacement for when its time to restore your Wrangler JK's air intake. If you have a cracked box you could be letting un-filtered air to pass around the filter and enter the engine. A sealed air cleaner system is crucial to protecting the engine and its performance, and this air box installs easily with out drilling or modification.

This is a great replacement item. Mine arrived broken though. One of the 3 mounting pegs was stuck in the side of the box snapped off. I found it and glued it on. Even if it doesn't hold 2 out of 3 is good. I've never gotten broken item from quadretec before, so this was a one off im sure

OEM Mopar part, and appears great quality, but like Alfred B., mine was poorly packed, with little packing to absorb pathetic shipping handling, the box was banged up badly, and one of the three large pins on the bottom of the filter box was completely broken off. I have tried to glue together, but I doubt it is going to last.
My first time ordering from Quadratec, was impressed with quick shipping,…….. but not the lack of sufficient packaging material to protect the part.

Can this fit to Wrangler JK 2.8 CRD
The Mopar 4627063AD Air Cleaner Box is specifically designed for the gasoline (petrol) engine versions of the 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, primarily the 3.6L Pentastar V6. This air cleaner box is not listed as compatible with the 2.8L CRD (Common Rail Diesel) engine found in some Jeep Wrangler JK models, particularly those sold outside of North America.
Does this come with the filter and mounting hardware?
