What location does this fit. I can't find d pillar anywhere. Is it threaded for the body bolt? Thanks.

This pillar only exists on 4-door Jeep JL Unlimited models. It's the vertical support behind the rear side windows and the rear doors. It's what the rear part of the hardtop or soft top attaches to at the very back, before the tailgate.

Mopar Part # 68236166AA is a Body Hold Down Cushion for the D-Pillar of Jeep Wrangler JL models (2018-present). This part itself is not threaded for the body bolt. It is a rubber cushion designed to sit between the Jeep's body and the frame to help isolate vibrations. You will need a separate body bolt to secure the body to the frame through this cushion.
