Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicons have a lot of bells and whistles that make them unique and extremely off-road capable. In the case of the Mopar Disconnect Front Stabilizer Bar it is the ultimate in off-road convenience being able to gain extra articulation from the comfort of the driver seat. With greater technology comes greater chances of electronic or mechanical failure. If your factory Rubicon sway bar is stuck and will not actuate, the issue may lie in the actuator motor which can only be replaced as a complete unit. The Mopar Disconnect Front Stabilizer Bar is a direct replacement for the failed unit, it installs in place and connects to the factory wiring with ease so you can assure that next time you need the flex, you will have it!

Can I replace the sway bar on a sport jk non electronic sway bar

You cannot easily replace a standard manual sway bar on a Sport JK with the Mopar Front Disconnect Stabilizer Bar (52060300AK) without significant (and costly) additional parts and modifications.
This specific part is the Electronic Sway Bar Disconnect assembly found on Rubicon models. It is designed to be operated via an electronic motor controlled by the Jeep's computer (CAN bus) and a dashboard switch, neither of which are present on a Sport trim.
Electronic Control: The assembly requires a proprietary electronic motor (actuator) and wiring harness to function. Since your Sport lacks the "Sway Bar" button and the necessary computer programming, the bar will remain permanently connected (locked) unless you provide an alternative way to trigger the motor.
Physical Fitment: While the bar itself will physically bolt into the frame mounting holes of a Sport JK, the large electronic motor housing often interferes with standard aftermarket skid plates or front-end hardware not designed for the Rubicon's geometry.
Cost vs. Benefit: Buying this assembly new is very expensive. For a Sport owner, there are much more reliable and affordable ways to achieve a "disconnect" feature.

No, the disconnect style sway bar is only serviced as an assembly.
