Mopar 55397454AN Header Opening Seal for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

Wind noise and water leaks can ruin any day in your Wrangler JK. A new Mopar Header Opening Seal can easily resolve those issues and bring a little harmony to your daily ride. The header seal is above the windshield frame and time spent without the soft top up or the hardtop Freedom Panels installed allows the sun to beat down on it. Over time cracks form and get larger allowing the outside in. If you have the ability to install new pop rivets, this seal can be installed at home simply by removing the old seal and cleaning the windshield frame surface with alcohol. Expose the applied 3M adhesive and press in place. Once cured after about 8 hours you will have a factory water and air tight seal again. It is recommended that you let the new seal set for at least 8 hours without any weight from the panels or soft top resting on it. Rivets attach corners firmly in place on the windshield frame. Old rivets must be drilled out prior to installing new rivets
