Is this The original part or an upgraded part because of The problems some owners have experienced as described in this thread:

68401154AB was the original part that was causing the noise issues. In June Mopar changed this to 68474060AB. This is now for the new part 68474060AB

If I were to re-gear my axles to 4.56 would this product be compatible with that?
