I have a 4 door. Do I just need one of each (1 driver side and 1 passenger side)? How do they attach to the frame for a 2018 that didn’t have these?
Yes, for a 4-door model you only need one of each (one driver side and one passenger side bracket).
Even if your 2018 Wrangler originally came with a hard top and didn't have these installed from the factory, the threaded mounting points are already built right into your interior sport bar (roll bar) framework. The brackets simply bolt directly into these factory locations using standard hand tools with no drilling required.
