One has to have very dextrous hands to install, but once it's in it stays there. Highly recommended inexpensive addition to your Jeep.

As others said the install is a bit contortionist but it's not that bad, and worth it. This dead pedal is great because it doesn't interfere with my rubber floor mats. I found sitting on the ground next to the Jeep allowed me to reach in and do it by feel. Pro tip, tie a piece of string to the bracket so if you drop behind the trim you can pull it back out. Easiest way is to hold the bracket vertical and insert the bracket bolt that's toward the front of the vehicle, then drop the other end down and insert the rear bolt.
