Im upgrading my 99 wrangler from the 35 and 30 to 44's . Will these hard lines work since I'm going ro have disc brake on all 4 now? No ABS, And I believe the proportion valves are the same?

The OMIX 16737.51 Full Brake Line Kit (Non ABS) for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ will likely work for your hard line needs after swapping to Dana 44 axles with disc brakes, but with a critical consideration regarding the rear axle lines. While the non-ABS proportioning valve on your TJ might function adequately with four-wheel disc brakes, it's generally recommended to upgrade to a proportioning valve designed for a disc/disc setup for optimal braking performance and balance. A proportioning valve for a disc/drum system (like your original setup) sends more pressure to the rear drums than is ideal for rear discs. However, for the hard lines themselves, the connection points should still be compatible. The rear hard lines might work, but you will need to carefully compare the fittings, routing, and length to the brake line connections on your new Dana 44 axles. There's a possibility they might require some bending or adaptation to fit correctly.

I need to brake line from the master cylinder down to the front driver side. Is that in this kit?

Yes. All of the brake hard lines. This kit will not include rubber brake hoses. Thanks for your inquiry.

DOES THIS COME WITH THE BREAK LINES ON THE AXLE?

All of the hard lines less rubber brake hoses will be included including those that mount to the axle. Thanks for your inquiry.
