Does not include the 3 S-hooks needed to install it. One of the straps that hooks around the seat broke right off when I tried to install the cover.

Plasticolor Part # 008581R01 is sold as a single seat cover (1 count). If you want to cover both the driver and passenger front seats, you will need to purchase two.
